    You were right I was wrong. Called in Premier early today to CONFIRM THEY WERE100% not in receipt of item and they had returned it. EELL , He then told me it was going back today approx4pm and to call back at130pm to speak to Manager !! I returned with my passport and iPhone EBay app. THANKFULLY WE OVERCAME THE ISSUE OF NO AUTHORISATION REFERENCE. I THANKYOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE and I APOLOGISE FOR MY MESSAGES OF FRUSTRATION.

    Came really quick and as described put to use following night very comfortable, seller was very good as I first ordered wrong size by mistake cancelled for me and refunded straight away so I could then order right size I highly recommend this company
