Was shipped in a package that kept it from being bent too much so it arrived in brand new condition! Shipping was a bit long because it came from another country so it was to be expected. However the seller was in constant contact to ensure the package arrived. Would definitely buy from them again!

My previous order got lost by USPS (absolutely NO fault of the seller). I bought another and was willing to write off the lost one. The postal strike in Canada stuffed up the delivery dates. Then the product went missing and never arrived. This seller provided a replacement and shipped a second product at NO charge to me. I offered to pay something but they refused and shouldered ALL the cost. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again. The product is rare, unique and of outstanding quality and value.
