    Value lights has just got to be one of the best people to deal with on eBay. I ordered a floor light which stated next day delivery and there was no extra charge for this, the item was delivered the 'next' day...it was exactly as described, amazingly well packed, and when set up looked far more expensive than it actually cost, I am very pleased with my purchase and can highlyrecommend this Seller.

    Item exactly as described. Good quality glass shade. Comes well packed and priced well. I now have them on every pendant light in my house. My quibble with the transaction was regarding the carrier Evri. They seem never to be able to find my property. So the item was initially returned to the seller. The seller was very helpful and accommodating and after the third attempt and a different carrier I received the item.

    I had a problem with the light so I contacted them by email a person call Lewis replied and within a couple off email he had me a replacement in the post to me. I recieved my replacement within a few days. Very good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again with hesitation.
