    I won this item with free shipping as advertised. I received a message stating "product packaging is damaged" and I can request a refund. Since I did not request a refund, I received an invoice for $150.00 shipping. It is wrong for them to list their items starting with .99 cent bids with free shipping if they are not going to adhere to policy as all eBay sellers must.
