  So I paid for a 30000 ah battery but I received a 20000 ah battery instead and when I contacted the seller they said it was a warehouse mistake but he offer me a 15 dollar refund and said that my refund was processed but I never received it

  "The product is proven and documented to be faulty. The seller responds slowly and deliberately delays the return process instead of resolving the issue, clearly trying to wait out the 30-day period. I do not recommend this seller."
