We operate from a 7000sqft warehouse in the UK and stock all of our parts in-house allowing us to ensure our quality control measures are met whilst also allowing us to provide rapid delivery.

I contacted the seller to inform them of the issue and they then sent me a replacement item free of charge and on next day delivery too..
