  Perfect packaging, excellent communication, reasonable price, and exactly what I was looking for. I'm extremely happy with the product. USPS, however, was awful... sent the package all over the Midwest, landing in my city TWICE then off to other cities before finally landing at my home. Yet the label, the packaging was absolutely perfect. This seller is awesome... USPS not so much!

  Everything matches the description also when I put my hands-on this it is so very soft and very smooth and shinier than what the picture shows. It was well packaged and was a good price and it arrived very quick. I will be purchasing from this seller whenever I can thank you so much.

  I ordered this item by thinking it was a genuine Silver Reed part and would include all parts for installation. As it was not, I am returning the item for a full refund with free shipping. I would highly recommend the seller and will shop this store in the future. It was easy to communicate with the seller and I consider this a 100% positive experience.
