  They deserve negative 100 stars. Horrible experience. The item was not as described, and the photos didn't show the true extent of the problems. When I received it, it was much worse than expected. The seller does not accept returns and claims description is poor because they used ebay AI. They revealed they have no expertise in paper currency, clearly lacking the knowledge needed to sell such items accurately. Never buy from this seller. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE

  I am commenting on my total shipment of 3 orders together inside one package...10 Scripto pencils + 1 box leads. Turns out 1 pencil I paid for was broken before sending & I was contacted about replacement items. Was told I would get a refund if not suitable. Well everything WAS suitable coming with my other two good orders. I in fact received 13 Scripto pencils & 1 Shafer pencil + extra erasers for all. I received a very fair deal for the monies I paid including shipping charges for two orders.
