  Confused as to why the tracking number I was given was invalid and frustrated that I wasn't able to see the progress of the shipment, or to even gaurantee that it was even actually shipped! But the seller was very responsive to my concerns and promised to resolve any issues I had if item didn't arrive. Luckily the collar did arrive after awhile and was exactly as described. So I am very happy with the purchase.

  Very nice, well made new 8mm magnetic stud earring sets. As described. Great price and quality. The items were nicely packaged in individual mini resealable plastic bags and then placed in a sturdy outer cardboard mailing envelope. The items arrived on schedule in perfect condition although one pair of earrings was missing the magnetic backing. The seller's communication was excellent. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller! Thank You!

  Nice as usual great prices and seller. Fast shipping. If you purchase anything from the seller, you will get a tracking number and the package moving won't show up on USPS tracking but don't worry because it's a small envelope and it usually shows up at your place in about 6-7 days depending where you are located.

  Excellent Ebay seller. Even though my item didn't arrive due to postal issues, but they immediately addressed the issue and provided a full refund without any problems. It's rare to find such great support. While I wish I'd received the item, I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and I absolutely recommend this seller!
