  I purchased a repair for my S23 Ultra that had a cracked front glass (not screen), cracked back glass and worn frame. The repair was a reglass, backglass and reframe. Seller did an excellent job as described in the ebay ad. Shipping was slow but not seller's fault. Seller communicated everything very effectively and in a timely manner through ebay messaging. The complete repair makes my phone look and feel new. Seller completed the repair in one to two business days which I considered quickly.

  They couldn't repair my screen but they told me why and shipped it back without charging me anything. Transparent and good customer service. I will use them in the future if another cellphone of mine gets cracked.
