  Seller completed my refund request (I accidentally ordered two coins) in RECORD TIME. Very responsive, great communication, and a seller I will not hesitate to use again and again.   Item was exactly as described. It was shipped promptly. He was quite well packaged. It was a good value. It arrived on time, but the carrier thought they lost track of it. It was not lost. It was delivered on time. I would buy from them again.
