I am totally dissatisfied with my Beatles Band earrings. Their faces are so blurred that they are unrecognizable. I asked for a total refund which I did not get. I got a refund of $11. I paid $14.30. You owe me a refund of $3.30. Please refund me $3.30 as soon as possible. I asked the seller to send me a shipping label to ship themp back and she did not. Instead she partially refunded me and told me to keep the earrings. Again please refund me $3.30.

This was a very dificult customer unfortunately. From the moment she placed her order she was confused with what she wanted. She wss very pushy and rude in her message to me that she was unhappy with the earrings and accused me of sending fake Beatles earrings. I made these by hand and it's my biggest seller with never a complaint! I told her to keep the earrings and I do not refund shipping. She threatened with negative feedback which she gave me despite refunding the purchase price. I
