  The Quality of the laptop was perfect; when it arrived, it was inside a bubble wrap envelope in the box. The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.

  There was a overheating and thus shutting down issue with the laptop that was initially shipped. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.

  Merchandise exactly as described. Exceptionally fast delivery. Very well packaged, I would have no reservation in ordering from AAA PC in the future. They even sent the AC adapter which was omitted in the package contained the laptop before I notced it was missing. Fantastic customer service!

  I am truly impressed with the customer service. The packaging of the laptop And the start of guy that came with the PC. This was the best shopping experience i've had online. They answered all my questions. Help me choose the right product for me. This company went above and beyond. It's truly impression. Everything was as described and worked perfectly out of the box with their shut up guide. Came with a very professional folder to help you throught the ownership of the PC. Thank you AAA PCs!

  Just as described. Looks brand new. A great deal. Packaged very well. Shipping was a little slow, but worth the wait. I will use them again for my computer needs. Seller has excellent communication. Returns your questions quickly. Stand up Seller.

  The item arrived on time and the packaging was quite impressive. After turning it on and installing Windows I found out that the touchscreen feature was unavailable. I sent the message to the seller and it was promptly answered. The seller offered exchange, or a discount. I agreed to the offered discount and kept the item. I would recommend the seller and purchase from them again.
