  This is my second order from this lovely shop. I have been very happy with bith experiences. This time, in particular, I really appreciated the patience and communication from the seller. There was a discrepancy, on my part, and then a shipping delay that were all handled with care by the seller. They checked in and offered support to ensure I received my parcel.   Wonderful, thank you! I appreciate the professional, honest and friendly communication. Seller followed through and made sure the shipment arrived in the US prior to the tarriff deadline. Packed very well. Combined shipping was very nice. The figures are adorable! Excellent seller! Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  Packaging for the items was secure and careful to deliver in perfect condition. Came with all unopened original packaging. The items were high quality and original. The figurines were so cute! They are exactly what was shown on the posting. Cinnamoroll blind boxes are the absolute best! I appreciated not being gouged by the price. Absolutely reasonable and within what would actually be paid for if in store, not highly overpriced. Definitely purchasing again from this seller.

  I fell in love with Kenneth figurines the moment i saw them and it was great to find a sealed set for sale! Item came as described and is beautiful! The packaging was great and very protected as the shipping box was heavily taped and the Kenneth box came wrapped in bubble wrap with corner protectors. Such care made all my worries about shipping go away and makes me excited for any possible future purchases. Communication was also really positive and helpful. Very great experience!
