Has 9 programs and comes with tube adaptors. Space for 12 tubes on the rotor. Measured rotor speed (UT373 tachometer) was 14300 to 14350. A bit below spec, but who's complaining at this price. On the display ithe characters are a bit mottled on the right side, minor cosmetic issue.
