    Before purchasing I had questions about this unit and asked if there was a pdf file or link to a copy of the Users Guide available there was not, however, the support at labequipmentservice answered all my questions. I was very pleasantly surprised that I received the Freezer Unit within a week of placing my order. This was a very positive experience working with this seller.

    There was a slight misunderstanding about the size of this item I was having trouble and got in contact with Bruce he was very nice man he helped me out and found solutions to my problem he even found cheaper solutions for me and helped beyond expectations I will buy from this company anytime and will again soon so hats off these guys are awesome
