  Excellent seller. The item was as described, shipped promptly, and at a reasonable cost. Great communication. A special note on shipping: I purchased a framed glass covered print and was worried about damage during shipping. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the print was packaged. You can buy delicate items from Modern Supply and Surplus with confidence they will be well packaged!

  Well nothing against the guy but it's mis label its completely useless to me it's not 4/0 ,250 mcm is not 4/0 so if it wasn't such a hassle to return it I would nothing against guy selling it it's not 4/0 please labels 250 mcm as 250 mcm it's not 4/0 thanks shipping was good packaging .value if was labeled correctly yes would been a value .
