  Package came as describe. The heat block is exactly what I needed and perfect for 50ml tubes which has the exact diameter of the 50ml tubes. The value was pretty good considering these blocks last you for a very long time. It is used but they feel rather new. The heat block was packaged very well, in an exact shape box and even wrapped with additional filling to avoid excessive more and breaking. Overall, very good product, and good seller.

  Seller had items in stock, but refused to honor price after I sent him the payment. And then lied to Ebay saying ran out of stock but resisted the items but a higher price.

  After all we did to accommodate, we are really bummed you left us a negative review. I understand you were attempting to avoid paying actual shipping fees, but as we discussed before your purchase of multiple cases, this item doesn’t work with eBay shipping calculator, so we happily created a custom item just for you. You chose to not purchase the custom item, but the lie saying we relisted the item at a higher price is what really makes us sad.
