    The furby came in a very packaged box, there was a sponge around the edge of the box and the furby itself was very heavily plastic wrapped! It is in great condition except the fact it doesn’t work but the seller stated that in the description which was really helpful so that I didn’t get a surprise when it came in. Surprisingly it wasn’t too expensive making it so worth it! I love it so much and it shipped to my house relatively quick! I would 100% recommend purchasing products from this seller!

    I bought an item that was listed and advertised as the 18" Spider-Man action figure. What I received was a 6" action figure. The packaging when arrived was crushed. It shipped and delivered on time. Charged me $100 including shipping for something I didn't expect. Terrible experience, disappointed, and I will never buy from this seller again.

    The description was listed and it was a mistake but I quickly resolved your issue and refunded as soon as you requested it. The item wasn't damaged when it arrived, I can't control what happens with packaging when the USPS is handling it. The item was $100 when you bought it, which was what it was listed. Sorry you had this experience.
