  I would recommend this seller to anyone who needs a decent quality set of springs at a very reasonable price can't fault on that, but communication could be better, I couldn't track my delivery and did not receive any information as to when the items would arrive, luckily I was at home when they did, courier was very polite. Don't let this put you off as it is Christmas and deliveries are always dodgy especially this time of year. Overall very happy with the service.

  Never received correct part. Seller sent incorrect part that did not fit. Seller's communication was poor, unhelpful and quite frankly a bit rude. Had issues with DPD delivering the correct part, never arrived despite DPD saying they had delivered twice. Then it was returned to the seller as they hadn't responded to DPD. I asked for it to be sent back out but instead they have given me a refund. The refund is the only saving grace. Will never buy from them again.

  To be honest, that is not what happened!! yes, you ordered AVM446 but received AVM466 which is obviously not for your vehicle. it was an error in picking. we then sent out the correct hubs, arranged for incorrect hubs to be collected, which is what most sellers will do. we provided you proof of delivery by DPD which consist of photo and GPS Tracking. you said you did not receive. you then opened a returns request to which we even refunded you. to me you have won, hubs and refund!! 😂🤣
