  Although the seller accidentally sent me the item with a wrong size (I ordered M but received XXL), the item was well packed and had good quality. Shipping was fast and even arrived earlier than expected. The seller also provides professional customer service that she responded and solved the issue very promptly.   It The bag arrived a little earlier than expected. It is beautiful! It looks hardly used and is well worth the price. It is much better than described. The packaging was a delightful plus...it was wrapped in a cloth tote with a lovely pattern to protect the leather from scuffs. I will definitely follow this seller.
