  This uke, while lovely, was not even close to the color that appeared in the picture. It's very nearly black, not the pretty blue I thought I'd get. That said, it sounds great and looks nice, and it arrived in good condition, although a few days late. It was priced much higher than what the model originally sold for, but I wanted it anyway because they are hard to find now. The seller was very polite and responsive.

  Item arrived much sooner than estimated which was a nice surprise. Also, the item was brand new yet still cheaper than if I bought it through a store. The packaging was top quality; highly unlikely the item would get damaged (it wasn't) when it's shipped inside a bag, that's inside a box, that's inside another bag!

  Overall shipping was quick, product was not exactly as displayed but new & sealed. However that's where the positives end, I tired to reach out to the seller before purchasing and the entire time from purchase to delivery not once did the seller answer my question, that being " does this have English subtitles?" If backside pictures would have been taken to help confirm what the listing stated then I would've had no issue. I'm fine with keeping the purchase due it completing the collection. 7/10
