But when they arrived, 2 were missing and only 5 out of 8 CDs were the right ones. I contacted the seller. They did not acknowledge their fault and offered a refund upon return of the items. It's unfair for a seller to expect the buyer to go through the hassle of the return process when the fault lies with the seller. Everyone makes mistakes but how you handle them matters.
