    UV replacement lamp was exactly as described, new, fit perfectly, was very well packed, and shipped quickly. And it worked when connected. I had no issues whatsoever. I would have no qualms about buying from this seller again.

    I contacted the seller prior to purchasing the item with questions about installation etc. Received a prompt reply with assurances that the item would do what I hoped it would do with simple instructions on how to install it. Received the 2 items (bought an extra) quickly. Followed the brief instructions the seller gave me and was surprised and delighted with the results. Not a big transaction but handled as though it was a big sale. Excellent experience!!!
