  Cartridge arrived promptly, genuine product as described, as new at a competitive price. Unfortunately due to age of printer and software issues the cartridge would not install. Seller was quick to respond to queries on this and after a very satisfactory exchange of emails agreed to a full refund, which has been set in motion already. I would definitely buy from this seller again!
