  Ok so I am the one who purchased a set of the LOVE CASA Soup Plates and one arrived broken. I left a review and the seller was gracious and kind enough to refund me for the broken plate. Well I love the soup plates so much that I ordered two additional sets from this seller. They arrived today in pristine condition. Every plate is in tact and I am so happy. They're beautiful. They feel so good to the touch. They wash up beautifully. They do great in the microwave. I absolutely love this brand!

  This seller offered excellent customer service. I had a lot of questions about her products and she was patient providing me the answers. I ordered a teacup and saucer which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it arrived broken but she offered to replace it quickly or refund the cost. I opted for the refund which she processed quickly. I will definitely purchase from her again.
