  received as described, exactly as pictured. Everything came in a secured shipping box and bubble wrap inside. Items inside were packed with zip lock type plastic bags. Double protection from water damage. Excellent packing and shipping time. A+++++

  Item arrive with a part missing due to the lack of packing. Import fees were paid by me. Missing item was then dispatched and I was told I had to pay another £70 import fees for the missing item. 3 months later no resolution from seller. Poor communication. Thankfully eBay were helpful and I received a refund. Customer service from this company is terrible

  Ordered 2 silver (aluminum) adapters. Got sent 1 silver and 1 black. I wanted raw aluminum not some black coated. Asked for half my money back because this is not what i need. They only offered 10% and even admitted they messed up. But only offered 10%? Gonna cost me more than its worth to strip and polish. Horrible customer service. Id suggest avoiding at all cause.
