The experience was marred due to mis treatment by Yodel in dropping the parcel over a six foot fence onto concrete unfortunately damaging the item in the process. Things like this make us as a sell look bad. We want to thank you for the positive feedback tho. We're not sure how the item was damaged as it was wrapped in cardboard and should have protected enough even for a drop as you stated. Does it not work properly? If it doesn't then drop us a line and we can send another one out to you. It should have fit through your letter box so we don't know why they would put it over a wall
