    Seller replied to my initial question promptly. The package was received in a reasonable amount of time, and the contents were carefully prepared for the shipping process. The item itself was just as shown and described. Thank you for this Xbox Chat Pad!

    It came perfect! I totally recommend this seller! The shipping was fast and reliable! All books came as described! There was some mild ware on the cover, but other wise great condition the inside was fine! It was also priced right! I rate this seller 10/10

    Item was exactly as described, the pictures showed all of the cosmetic flaws with the item so there were no surprises with it. Arrived in good packaging, unlikely for it to arrived damaged. A+ Seller, would purchase from again!

    The transaction itself was smooth, Shipping time was as advertised & communication was great. However, I received the wrong item. I promptly contacted the seller & prepared a package for return shipment. Seller stated they cross shipped the item with another customer & will try their best to fix the issue. Unfortunately the seller never heard back from the other customer so last resort was to issue a full refund. Needless to say, I'm completely disappointed seeing that they had a 100% rating.
