  Seller made sure to fix my address which was my mistake but thank god they fixed it for me, shipping was in good timing and the packaging was in great condition when arrived. Had exactly what I bought on the listing and the price was perfect

  It was a really fair price for the number and type of butterfly specimens and the good display box. Good value and was packed and shipped pretty near perfectly. I recommend this seller for delicate merchandise. I am gun-shy because of receiving empty boxes.

  There was a mix up with the item I purchased and the item I received. I reached out to the seller and I quickly got a response to my concern. I was offered a refund or to be sent the correct item. I asked to just have the correct item sent. The correct item was prompty mailed out to me and I was told to just keep the other one. I just received the package today and it's perfect, thank you.
