  SELLER IS NOT IN USA. THEY ARE IN CHINA. Pillow arrived permanently damaged, and they were slow to reply, and tried 2x to offer a partial refund, but ultimately fully refunded me. They are not in USA and didn't want to pay to ship back to China.

  I’m leaving positive feedback due to the item being new and in working condition. However, I am not satisfied with how the item was packaged as it arrived severely damaged. The seller should have packed the item better instead of mailing it in a shipping bag.
