  I ordered this item on early Thursday morning and it arrived on Friday evening. The delivery was the fastest I’ve ever had. The item is great too it’s exactly how it is from the description to the picture of the product. And it looks really good in my Kia Picanto. Thank you seller for your excellent service.

  I ordered the wrong cap for my mower and didn't realize it until I had ordered and paid. Sent an email requesting to cancel when I realized it was the wrong cap. Seller was very accommodating and cancelled the order immediately with a full refund! THAT is what customer service is all about!

  There are 2 parts here, the purchase itself, and the delivery process. Communications with the vendor was absolutely outstanding. You see the shipping time was delayed, but the vendor was in constant communication with me during the process. I understand that the vendor has no control once the item leaves their shop, but keeping in touch with me is way more important. The items arrived in perfect condition, installation this weekend. I would definitely do business with KE-bestauto again 😀
