  I ordered a Master Lock from this seller and it arrived perfectly and works like a charm! The price was really good, the description right on point, and it arrived in about a week. Shipped nice and safely, of course. The USPS had a glitch in the tracking while this purchase was out being shipped. I was able to chat back and forth with this seller about it. Great communication. He offered replacing the lock if it never got delivered, but it didn't come to that. I'm VERY pleased with this seller.

  It was shipped much quicker than anticipated. The packaging fits the box, though it could have used some bubble wrap for further protection. The item came as described, and there was nothing wrong with it beyond what was stated in the description. The seller was willing to take offers on price, and overall, I am satisfied with the value of their product. I would do business with them again! Thank you!
