  Ordered May 23rd. Emailed seller twice for an update. She created a shipping label on June 3rd but was ever mailed and no update from seller. I waited until June 12th to file a case to get my money back. Seller never responded so I received a refund from eBay.

  Excellent seller! Tail is perfect! Ordered the jet black, then went out and looked at my mare and realized how much brown she has in her black tail. Contacted seller and asked to switch to a natural black since the tail hadn’t shipped yet. She made the switch, no problem. Natural black looks like it will match my mare well. Tail is well made, soft, smooth, and professional looking.
