  I had a small issue that I created by ordering the wrong model. I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!

  Although the machine arrived with slightly different specs than ordered, the seller handled the situation very professionally.   Fully functional with minor wear from being a used switch. Good value for used. Item was initially not shipped with other items I had ordered, but the seller was quick to fix this mistake and send it. So customer service 5 stars. Did not come with a notched power cable but to be fair it, wasn't listed in the description or photos. Would buy from seller in future.
