  Did not receive what was pictured. The seller requested pictures, I sent pics. They said they sent me a prepaid label to return the templates. Why not just send me the missing templates? I have not received the return label! Seller said they would refund my money once they received the itemback. Do not buy from this seller. They cannot be trusted!

  There was an issue with the shipping, because of USPS, but the seller did give me a full refund. In the end this is a good seller.
