  I ordered two sets of USB-C earbuds and one set I received was the wrong type. I got one USB-C and one lightning port (which won’t work with my phone. Additionally, while they arrived packaged securely, the earbuds were shoved haphazardly into ripped and slightly grungy EarPod boxes. Ended up requesting a return/refund.
