  First class item and first class delivery,(very quick) very easy to install around two hours and a perfect fit, very very impressed with the eBay seller for communication, look at my other purchase of on my feedback and don't be caught out buying cheap side steps, this one's cost a little bit more but worth every penny for the fast delivery and easy fitting on my own with them, can't recommend this ebayer highly enough

  Wrong grill sent, I then had to mess about finding somewhere to print the returns label which hadn’t sent until I contacted e bay . Then I had to take it to parcel force to return it, then wait for the refund to hit my bank . Communication wasn’t great , messaged can be taken the wrong way how they are worded and I believe I was sent a snotty one as I ticked the wrong box ( they asked me to tick doesn’t fit) I ticked wrong item sent which was true. All in all a long winded sale and return .

  Very pleased for the cost. The quality is great and the L663 side-box fitted easily with all brackets etc. lining up as though this was oem. I did have an issue with a damaged box and item upon delivery, and the seller resolved this instantly which I'm greatful for with quick responses. Happy to return to this seller if anything else catches my eye, thankyou.

  BEWARE! SHOP ELSEWHERE! Spent nearly $400 on running boards, but seller sends defective product, it does not fit the vehicle it was promised to fit. After requesting return, explaining why it was defective and even including pictures, seller refuses to take the item back! Gives no explanation or even an offer for a partial refund to pay for a welder to fix the product. I was scammed out of $400!

  No issues with any steps we have sold for this model. You asked for return outside the return period in which was automatically closed down by ebay.

  Item returned to supplier as broken in transport, seller contacted me imeadiatley and offered refund, I am waiting whilst his stock is replenished
