I waited over a week for the item to ship, and when it arrived the 70 lb item was loose in a large box with virtually no protective packaging. As a result, the item was damaged far beyond what was indicated by the item description and photos. I contacted seller in an effort to find a resolution, and have been ignored for past week. Extremely unprofessional, don't buy anything from this shop.
