One snap for the quick release system is broken, but it doesn't affect usage at all, and the pack was in service so little things like this are to be expected. Minor issue and does not impact how satisfied I am with the seller or the item at all. :) Took my first hike with the pack the day after I got it. Super pleased! Looking forward to doing more with this rig!!

The item shipped out quickly, but the USPS took their sweet time with delivery by sending it all over the place before it finally arrived. This was absolutely no fault of the seller who had the correct shipping label which was completely intact. The condition and appearance were in very good condition beating expectations. The seller never responded to my message or my return request. eBay refunded me my money. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller.
