  With regard to my recent feedback for my order I have since been in touch with the seller and without asking I received a refund for my order. The seller was very accommodating in that if I had contacted them which I didn’t they would have refunded me much sooner. I such to withdraw my previous feedback as it was not fair on the seller. I would certainly buy from this seller again.

  Hi there, I wish you had reached out to me to resolve this instead of leaving a negative feedback. I cannot control the mail, once an item leaves my home, and I had no idea until now that you had not received the item. I am more than happy to give you a full refund, and will do so now. I will just send the refund, but it would be great if you could revise your negative feedback, since it affects my seller rating. I take pride in my feedback score, but can't fix an issue I don't know about.

  Well packaged darling earrings, but they wouldn’t stay closed on my ears. I messaged the seller and she kindly offered to have me return them. Excellent seller, great communication, very kind. Thanks so much
