  The best seller I have ever dealt with!!! I buy neon and led lights and it’s not uncommon for them to get broken in shipping, the light I received was broken but repairable. I messaged the seller and he gave me a very fair partial refund within 1hr of me sending the message. The damage was not his fault at all the light was packed very very well. The metal frame was actually bent so that tells me the shipping company was at fault 100%.
