This is the only reason I'm not rating the transaction as straight ones down the line. The listing by the seller indicated "best offers" would be considered, but TWO separate offers were COMPLETELY IGNORED ... not responded to at all. So I ended up ordering 1/2 the quantity I intended at the Buy Now price. I'm sure it's possible to list items without "Best Offer" as an option. You need to respond if you do include the option!
