    I ordered this punchbowl to have one like my Grandma had when I was little to bring back a Christmas tradition of her punch recipe. I had a small hiccup with the item when it arrived and I messaged the seller first, and we worked together for a solution. Great communication, beautiful item, shipping was awesome.
