  I received my item as described with no shipping or delivery issues. Yes, it's used and looks used. Lol But it was stated used in the description. I turned it on to see if it was going to get hot and YASSSS it was very hot at a low setting. I am very pleased and the affordable price with free shipping was a determining factor for me to purchase. Wonderful seller!!

  I paid it was shipped and received when I was told I would get it. It was packaged securely. It works and passed a quality inspection by my team and the cost was not to bad. It is used and in good condition as described in pictures

  Communication was fantastic with the seller and the product - CSZ Cold Therapy System was as described. Seller was also open and generous with shipping even though the listing was labeled as a pick up only. Very well packaged too. The product just needed a quick cleaning/sterilization which was to be expected being a used medical machine, but it has been working like a champ and for the price it was an absolute deal and it was a pleasure working with the seller. Highly recommended!!!!
