    Packaging and shipping was good. However, the item came in damaged. The leggings were damaged and had two holes on the side and did not match description. The leggings are described as lululemon aligns and hey are not and are not specifically the Merlot shade. I have other aligns both thrifted and new but these were nowhere near the same material. I reached out to the seller and they said they were real but I’m not entirely sure. The seller also stopped responding to my messages.

    This buyer messaged me requesting to return item as she felt it was not authentic . I assured buyer that item is in fact authentic and offered her to please imitate return as I am happy to refund her if she was not happy. Buyer never once mentioned any damage on the pants, her concern was that it didn’t feel like the other pants she has? The picture the buyer posted is not the same item that was sold to her. The pants sold to her was inspected in excellent like new condition. Buyer reported!
