    Start to finish it has been a five star experience. Shipping from Japan to Washington State took a little over 3 days. The package was very well done and the internal box was cushioned on all sides. The watch was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Steel bracelet turned out to be an exact fit and that was a real bonus. I've been wearing the watch for a week and I'm very happy with the performance. I would deal with this company again.

    Extremely pleased with my purchase, a very nice-looking TAG Heuer watch, exactly as described and in its original box. Packaged securely and shipped super fast, at no cost to me.     JOY WATCH GENERAL STORE JAPAN was fantastic to deal with. The item arrived in 4 days from Japan to Canada. I asked a few questions and they were answered almost instantly despite the massive time difference. I know things like watches on ebay can be intimidating to buy but I would definitely recommend JOY WATCH GENERAL STORE JAPAN and I will be ordering from them again.

    Thank you for a great buying experience. Prompt communication after purchase, delivery was ahead of schedule by 5 days, and most importantly, the watch was better than expected. Described as mint, and what was delivered was mint.
