  Item originally received was incorrect but I messaged the seller to inform them of their mistake and they apologised and sent a replacement straight away. We received it a few days later. Can’t ask for more. Great item at good price, excellent customer service. Many thanks

  Needed a sofa bed as my senior dog was struggling to get upstairs and didn’t want to wait 8 weeks for delivery and found Joseph James Furniture with the exact sofa bed I was after and offering great value as it was significantly cheaper than ordering direct from the retailer.   Absolutely delight to deal with this company. Answered our questions before I ordered instantly,soon as I ordered got a call thanking me for buying off them and checking contact details call later on to arrange delivery date emailed and texted night before delivery with a time slot delivery lads called when they were 20 minutes away. Delivery lads were extremely helpful and cheerful and nothing to much trouble put it exactly where I wanted it unwrapped it checked it took all packaging away. A⭐️

  Absolutely superb service from this company. Excellent product at a great price. The whole process was superb from start to finish. Good communication throughout, from answering initial questions, comparisons between products and advice on seat heights, through to quality control videos and email and text updates regarding delivery. Delivery was efficient and the product very well wrapped and protected. It's not often one is impressed by efficiency in this country, but I definitely was with this

  I had a fantastic service from these guys. Communication was really good throughout, they sent a video of my sofa being wrapped and stored, and kept it for me for several weeks until I was ready. The delivery service was brilliant too. Anyone who will deliver to the Isle of Wight with no quibbles and no extra costs is an absolute star in my book! Thank you so so much.
