  I received the item and it reeked of smoke or mold. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and offered half discount to have the piece dry cleaned. I appreciate that they didn’t make an excuse but aimed to resolve the issue. I would consider buying from seller again because of the way they handled this transaction. Thank you. The coat got washed and it’s better.

  First off the seller has great integrity. They refunded my money back immediately because they didn't catch a flaw in the sweater that could have been easily overlooked. Which I really appreciated. You can tell that they care about quality of what they are selling. The sweater was shipped in a timely manner. The only other comment I have is, that it seems the sweater in the photo appears to hang loose on the body but in reality fits a bit more closely to the body.
