This specific powder is difficult to find. One star is for the actual product. When I opened the package loose powder greeted me. Inside the shipping box, the product had obviously bounced around throughout the mailing process. It was not securely closed in its factory box, so there was powder in the meager packing material, and the shipping box. I emptied what I could of the powder into the factory box, and I use what is left of it. No refund is expected, but seller should take more care.
